tbh, had a very very good stay for a night. the room was well-appointed, and the bed was comfortable, i truly enjoyed it. location: the hotel was close enough to the train station, grocery store and store as well as a larger ski area. it was good to be 1 km away from sparky's grill, serving short-orders. the food they offered was outstanding, had a great selection of meals.

This hotel is excellent and well-appointed, featuring a private bathroom, and the staff is incredibly friendly and always pleasant.

It is hard to fault the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It appears to be family run. The rooms were big and clean, each with a balcony looking towards the alps. Free wifi and breakfast included in the rate, it was very hard to beat.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our very heavy suitcase was carried up three flights of stairs and then down again the next morning by a very friendly man who then drove us to the train station. What great service!!! The hotel dining room had a comfortable atmosphere with a blend of tourists and local regular customers. The food was very good and was served by pleasant staff.

The hotel didn't have an elevator but that didn't matter to us because, as written above, a staff member took our suitcase to and from our room for us.

This hotel offers cozy apartments with central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a comfortable sitting area, along with excellent customer service and fast internet access.

Great place - the rooftop room was excellent (the owner kindly helped to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor), very clean, homely feel. Internet worked perfectly.

The Hotel Kruzli provided a fantastic experience. The apartment was spacious and clean with beautiful views. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant was elegant. The location was perfect, with parking and a nearby ATM. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location with wonderful countryside.

Room was drab and bathroom, although very clean, very small and needs updating. During breakfast there was continual English pop music - we were in Switzerland overlooking beautiful mountains and this was really out of place.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel is located right in the main living area with easy access to transportation. The cleanliness was superb, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly.
